Failed logins almost always come down to one of four things. Below is what each one looks like, how to fix it, and what to have ready before contacting support.

Signing in
- Open the login pageThe same account works in the app and in a browser.
- Enter your username or phone numberUse whichever you signed up with.
- Enter your passwordIt is case sensitive — check Caps Lock before blaming the account.

The four problems that come up most
1. Forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the login page and enter your registered phone number. A one-time code lets you set a new password.
2. The OTP never arrives
Wait two minutes before requesting another — requesting repeatedly can queue them behind each other. A full SMS inbox silently blocks new messages, so clearing old ones often fixes it. Network congestion also delays delivery.
3. Account temporarily locked
Several wrong passwords in a row locks the account as a security measure. Each further attempt extends the lock, so waiting is genuinely faster than retrying.
4. An old bookmark stopped working
Platforms of this type change domains from time to time. If a saved address stops loading, use the current one rather than assuming the account is gone.
